Digital designer to implement control logic in an RFID family of devices.
- Work with system design to understand the RFID digital control and determine the best implementation in silicon.
- Implement and verify silicon implementation to system requirements.
- Work with analog designers to coordinate digital to analog interface and top level simulation.
- Verify post route timing and functionality.
- Take implementation through to verification of functionality in lab testing working with system, software and applications.
- BSEE or MSEE with 5 plus years experience.
- Prior experience in design of logic specifically in CMOS technology.
- Understanding of the basic concepts of logic circuits.
- Prior experience with relatively complex digital design blocks
- Familiarization with synchronous and asynchronous design techniques
- Design methodology experience in Verilog RTL with synthesis into a standard cell family
- Has generated several silicon devices from beginning to successful silicon.
- Ability in some language, such as C, Perl or AWK, to assist in design implementation
- Has used Verilog, Synplicity or Synopsys and some formal verification software.
